The rules that govern your use of the Jintex website.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Jintex website at jintex.in (the “Site”), operated by Jintex (“Jintex”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By browsing the Site, submitting an enquiry, or downloading or viewing a part book, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Use of the Website

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use of, the Site by any third party. You must not:

  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its servers, or any admin or account areas;
  • Use automated means (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to extract catalogue or part book content without our prior written consent;
  • Interfere with the proper working of the Site, including its security features or watermarking on part book PDFs;
  • Reproduce, resell, or redistribute part book PDFs or extracted text obtained from the Site for commercial purposes without our permission.

3. Product & Part Book Information

We make reasonable efforts to keep product listings, part numbers, brand references and part book content accurate and up to date. However, product specifications, compatibility, pricing and stock availability are subject to change without notice, and we do not guarantee that catalogue or part book information is free of errors or omissions. Brand names (e.g. JUKI, Brother, Jack, Pegasus, Siruba, Kansai and others) are used for identification and cross-reference purposes only; such use does not imply any affiliation with, sponsorship by, or endorsement from the respective brand owners unless stated otherwise.

4. Part Books & Watermarked Documents

Part books made available for viewing or download through the Site may be watermarked to identify the source and, where applicable, the viewer. Part books are provided for your own reference in identifying and ordering spare parts and must not be altered to remove or obscure the watermark, re-uploaded to other websites, or distributed in bulk to third parties without our written consent.

5. Enquiries & Orders

The Site allows you to submit product and part enquiries; it is not an online checkout or payment gateway. All enquiries are subject to confirmation, pricing and availability communicated directly by our sales team. Submitting an enquiry does not create a binding contract of sale — an order is confirmed only once agreed separately with Jintex (by phone, email, WhatsApp or invoice). Returns, replacements and refunds for dispatched orders are handled under our Return & Refund Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise noted, the Site design, layout, text, graphics, logos and the Jintex name and marks are the property of Jintex and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works from Site content except as necessary for your own personal or business use in sourcing spare parts from Jintex.

Third-party brands, part designs and part books. Jintex is a distributor and reseller of genuine and compatible sewing machine spare parts. All manufacturer and brand names referenced on the Site (including but not limited to JUKI, Brother, Jack, Pegasus, Siruba, Kansai and other OEMs), together with their trademarks, logos, part numbers, part designs, technical drawings, diagrams and part book/manual content, remain the sole intellectual property of the respective manufacturers or rights holders. Jintex does not claim ownership of, and makes no representation as to having created, any such manufacturer IP — we merely sell the corresponding physical parts and provide part books as a reference aid for identifying and ordering them. Watermarking of part book PDFs identifies the source/viewer of the copy and does not transfer, license, or assign any ownership or rights in the underlying document to Jintex or to you.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Site and its content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jintex shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site, reliance on catalogue or part book information, or inability to access the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Indian law.

The Site may link to third-party websites (for example, WhatsApp or social media). We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party site, and inclusion of a link does not imply our endorsement.

9. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information submitted through the Site is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the Site or applicable law. The “Last updated” date above indicates when the Terms were last revised. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka.
