Board-level repair of the servo motor control box, puller driver and pedal input on the Kansai DFB-1404. The DFB-1404 is a mechanical four-needle machine; its electronics are the servo box and the puller drive where fitted. Lint is the usual culprit behind both.
Send the board to our Bangalore workshop with the ₹800 inspection charge. We diagnose the fault and quote the repair before any work starts. The inspection charge covers the diagnosis and is retained whether or not the board can be repaired.
Turnaround is 6 working days from receipt, and every completed repair carries a 3 month warranty on the work done.
