Board-level PCB repair for industrial sewing machines. When a computerised lockstitch, bartack, buttonhole or overlock machine stops responding, the fault is often a single failed component on the control board — a blown driver, a dry solder joint, a swollen capacitor or a damaged connector — rather than the board as a whole. A replacement PCB from the machine builder can cost more than the machine is worth on a used floor, and lead times run into weeks.

Jintex repairs the boards instead. We work on motherboards, control boxes, servo motor drives, operation panels and solenoid driver boards across Brother, Juki, Jack, Pegasus and Kansai machines. Boards are inspected under magnification, faults traced to component level, and repairs made with matched replacement components — not blanket board swaps.

How it works: send the board to our Bangalore workshop and pay a ₹800 inspection charge. We diagnose the fault and quote the repair before doing any work, so you decide with the cost in front of you. The inspection charge covers diagnosis and is retained whether or not the board turns out to be repairable — some boards arrive with track damage or missing proprietary parts that make repair uneconomic, and we will tell you so plainly.
