Juki Sewing Machine PCB Repairing

PCB and control board repair for Juki industrial sewing machines. The computerised Juki platforms found on Indian lines — DDL-9000 and DDL-900C direct-drive lockstitch, LK-1900A and LK-1903 bartackers, LBH-1790 buttonholers, AMS-210 pattern sewers and MEB-3200 keyhole machines — carry a main control board, a power board and a panel, and a fault in any one of them stops the machine.

Jintex repairs Juki boards at component level rather than replacing them. Typical work: motor drive stages that fail after a needle jam or thread wrap, power supply sections hit by voltage spikes, stepper driver circuits on pattern sewers, and connector and track repairs on boards that have been removed and refitted many times over a long service life.

The process is the same for every board: send it to our Bangalore workshop with a ₹800 inspection charge, we diagnose the fault and quote the repair before any work starts. The inspection charge covers diagnosis and is retained whether or not the board proves repairable — some Juki boards use proprietary parts that are no longer obtainable, and we will tell you that instead of guessing.
