Board-level repair of the servo control box, UT (under-trimmer) driver and pedal input section on the Juki MS-1190 / MS-1261. The MS-1190/1261 feed-off-the-arm machines are mechanically driven; the electronics are the servo control box and the under-trimmer device. Those units are what we repair, and a trimmer that stops firing is the usual reason they arrive.
Send the board to our Bangalore workshop with the ₹800 inspection charge. We diagnose the fault and quote the repair before any work starts. The inspection charge covers the diagnosis and is retained whether or not the board can be repaired.
Turnaround is 6 working days from receipt, and every completed repair carries a 3 month warranty on the work done.
