Board-level repair of the main control board, stepper driver and panel on the Juki LZ-2290. The computerised LZ-2290A sets zigzag width and position with a stepper drive. Width that will not change, or drifts during a seam, usually means that driver stage.
Send the board to our Bangalore workshop with the ₹800 inspection charge. We diagnose the fault and quote the repair before any work starts. The inspection charge covers the diagnosis and is retained whether or not the board can be repaired.
Turnaround is 6 working days from receipt, and every completed repair carries a 3 month warranty on the work done.
